Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 28–Extension of time for deposit of due amount–The Court has discretion and power to extend the time to make the payment of the amount or to perform the condition mentioned in the decree for specific performance–The right of the decree-holder to get the sale deed executed in his favour cannot be taken away merely on technical grounds.
