Motor Vehicles Act, 1988–Sec. 147–Act Only Policy–Risk of the driver was only covered besides the third party risk–Passengers travelling in the vehicle can not be construed as the third party–Findings over this issue set aside and Insurance Company is exonerated from the liability of paying compensation.
