Practice & Procedure–Two claim petitions arising out of one accident–One u/s. 166 and other u/s. 163-A–Witness appeared in both cases gave contradictory statements in both proceedings–Copy of his statements given in the claim petition u/s. 163-A was neither produced in the instant case nor the issue was raised before the Tribunal–Now this aspect cannot be countenanced by this Court–No case is made out for interfering in the award.
