Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 11, Rules 14, 18 & 21–Noncompliance of orders–Effect of–Held, the suit can be dismissed for noncompliance of the aforesaid orders by the plaintiff and the plaintiff shall also be precluded from bringing a fresh suit on the same.
