Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 7–Trial Court directed to pay the interim rent Rs. 2,000/- per month from the date of order–Appellate Court modified the amount up to Rs. 25,000/- as also directed to pay the same from the date of presentation of the suit–It commited error in giving the direction to pay the interim rent from the date of presentation of suit–Order is modified up to the extent that it would be payable from the date of order of Trial Court.
