Railway Claims Tribunal (Procedure) Rules, 1989–Rule 3(3)–Territorial jurisdiction of Tribunal–Consignment was handed over in Sri Ganganagar–There was no Claim Tribunal at Sri Ganganagar–Claim Tribunal, Jaipur had the territorial jurisdiction to decide the claim petition–Further, as per provisions of Sec. 21(1) of CPC, no objection as to the place of suing shall be allowed by the appellate or revisional Court unless such objection was taken in the Court of first instance–Objection of territorial jurisdiction deserves to be negated.
