Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 20, Rule 5–Trial Court merely noted the contentions, pleadings the judgments cited, excerpts therefrom and a part of evidence on certain issues–Findings were given without recording reasons–Merealy recordings of findings does not fulfill the basic requirements of judgment–Impugned judgment and decree a set aside and matter remanded back for deciding afresh.
