Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009–Allotment of land for construction of the iconic gate, biggest idol, and amusement park–Prayer for cancellation of same–Petitioner is one of the signatory of the proceedings of Municipal Council wherein the application of respondent no. 5 was considered–Being a public representative, petitioner was expected to raise her concern in the meeting of Municipal Council against the alleged illegalities committed in handing over the land to private respondents–She did not file any objection at the relevant time–Land in question has been handed-over and construction activities have been completed thereupon through various MOU(s)–Petitioner cannot be allowed to use PIL as a tool–Interference declined.
