Criminal Trial–Two FIRs in regard to one offence–Allegations that the petitioners prepared a forged and fabricated partnership deed in a firm–Incidents in both the FIRs are in connection of the same transaction–There is no propriety in conducting investigation of two cases separately by different Investigation Officers–Directed for conducting the investigation in both FIRs by one Investigation Officer.
