Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302/149, 323/149, 147 & 148–Conviction–Proper Section–Case of causing multiple injures–All the injuries were caused on the non-vital parts of the body i.e. on the legs and arms–Appellants were having the sufficient opportunity for causing the injuries on vital pats as they were armed with the weapons of cutting–Intention of causing murder cannot be inferred, however, they were having the knowledge that the profused bleeding might cause death–Conviction deserves to be altered u/s. 304Pt. II.
