Insurance Claim–Theft of vehicle–Award by Lok Adalat–Respondent informed the Insurance Company on the very next day–It was also obligatory upon the petitioner to take steps in securing the conviction of offender–It involves registration of FIR also if not registered already–Delay in lodging FIR could not have been attributed on the complainant as he immediately informed the police–factum of another key of the insured vehicle lying in the dickey, would not ipso facto give rise to an assumption that the vehicle was left in unsecured condition or there was a violation of any condition–No perversity or illegality is found in the impugned award.
