Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 11–Res-judicata–Applicability–In the earlier suit filed by plaintiff-purchasers, injunction was declined on the ground that they were not having title over the enitre land on the basis of sale deed and the only share of vendor H could have been purchased by them and the purchase was affected by lis pendens–These findings attained finality and it was not open to question the same in subsequent proceedings for partition.
