Mohammedan Law–Sale by co-sharers–Effect–Mohammedan Law does not recognize the rights of any one of the shareholders being tenants in common, for acting on behalf of co-heirs–Being a tenant in common, H was not having the authority or right to sell the share of other co-owners and sale of property of other co-sharers was void and illegal.
