Indian Succession Act, 1925–Secs. 276 & 63–Scribe of will was produced by the person who challenged the validity of will–He stated that he signed the will without reading it–Statement of scribe is on it’s face incorrect–Signatures of executor on the will appears appropriate and the names of attesting witnesses were indicated in the hand writting of scribe–Statements of scribe can not be given credence.
