Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 389–Service & Employment–If the service rules providing for termination of service in the cases of conviction, then the loss of earning as a consequence of the termination of service cannot be a valid ground for the stay of conviction–Application for stay of conviction is liable to be dismissed.
