Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 11–Tribunal closed the reply of eviction petition–Prayer of petitioner-tenant that he had filed the application under Order 7, Rule 11–Therefore, Tribunal could not have insisted till the disposal of application–Plea negated as the provisions of CPC would be applicable upto limited extent in the eviction proceedings–However, petitioner is granted one last opportunity for filing the reply subject to cost of Rs. 2000/-.
