Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 24–Pendente lite maintenance of Rs. 7,000/- per month–Appellant is employed, and he is getting Rs. 70,000/- per month–No evidence to show adequate income source of the respondent–Held, no interference is warranted in the impugned order, however, if the respondent is already getting the amount under and other proceeding, the appellant is free to move the proper application for adjusting the same.
