Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 319–Scope–Before the Court exercises it’s jurisdiction in term of Sec. 319 Cr.P.C., it must arrive at satisfaction that the evidence adduced by the prosecution, if unrebutted, would lead to conviction of the person sought to be added as the accused in case.
