Rajasthan Court Fees & Suit Valuation Act, 1961–Sec. 41–Suit for restoration of possession in tenanted property–Suit would govern by the provisions of Sec. 41 and not by Sec. 29–Plaint has been rejected as barred by law, therefore, there is no need for quashing the direction of trial Court.
