Rajasthan Land Revenue (Conversion of Agricultural Land for Non-Agricultural Purposes in Rural Areas) Rules, 2007–Rules 10 & 13–Conversion of residential land into commercial–Relevant applicable rule–Earlier, the land was converted from agricultural to residential–Rule 13 applies only when the agricultural lands are diverted to other purposes–In the instant case, amended Rule 10(1) was not in existence, therefore, it could not be invoked in writ jurisdiction–Impugned order set aside and directed to consider the case on merits.
