Criminal Trial–Testimony of police witness–Whether can be accepted ?–Held, if the testimony is found reliable, trustworthy cogent and duly corroborated by the other witnesses, it cannot be discarded only on the ground that he is a police officer and may have some interest in the success of case–It is only when his interest in the success of the case is motivated by over zealousness to an extent of his involving innocent people.
