Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988–Secs. 7 r/w 13(1)(d) & 13(2)–Quashment of charge on the ground of being no prosecution sanction–Accused was employed in an undertaking of State of UP and working on deputation in Uttarakhand–Liberty of prosecution was given after obtaining the prosecution sanction–Held, no interference iss required in the impugned order passed by High Court–However, State of UP is directed to grant the prosecution sanction expeditiously.
