Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 27–Place where the body of deceased was buried, was in knowledge of police, prior to information given by accused–This fact was also mentioned in complaint–Recovery of axe and spade was made from place–Fact that the accused gave information in regard to axe and spade on 19.6.94 in the evening and regarding to blood stained clothes in the morning of 20.6.94 can not be believed, specially when the accused had revealed about the place of burial of dead bodies in evening of 18.6.94.
