DNA report–Establishment of guilt–Female DNA report of blood of deceased was found matched with the DNA profile obtained from the shirt which was recovered at the instance of the appellant–Further, it was found matched with the DNA profile obtained from the underwear of accused–Male DNA profile obtained from the blood sample of the accused was found matched with the DNA profile obtained from the skirt of the girl, anal swab of deceased and urethral swab of accused–Further, male DNA profile obtained from the vaginal swab of deceased was found with the male DNA obtained from the blood of accused–DNA reports conclusively point towards the commission of rape by the appellant.
