Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for Agricultural Purposes) Rules, 1970–Rule 14(4)–Cancellation of allotment–Two grounds-
(1) If the allottee has not cultivated 50% of the land in the first year of allotment and remaining in the second year–But such cancellation can be within a period of three years.
(2) If the Collector is satisfied that the allotment has been secured through fraud and misrepresentation, he can cancel the allotment.
