Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 30D & 30E–Ceiling proceedings–Order of acquisition of 26.3 bighas excess land–Set aside by BOR–Appreciation of–Observation of BOR that the assessee was holding total 43 bighas 10 biswas land and he was having seven family members–24 bighas, 10 biswas land was transferred through the sale deed dated 20.07.1956 prior to commencement to Sec. 30D, therefore, it was not being held by the assessee–Thereafter, 55 bighas 10 biswas land remained which was in ceiling limit–Held, findings of BOR are perfectly legal.
