Criminal Trial–Bullet recovered from the body of deceased–Accused D had a shot with a gun–FSL evidence showing that the bullet was capable of being fired from the recovered gun–Whether the deceased was shot by use of a recovered gun or some other gun, was not questioned–No mismatch between bullet and gun.
