Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Secs. 439(2) & 389–Bail was granted u/s. 389–Prayer for cancellation–Sufficient material on record to show that the accused-respondent is involved in three criminal cases of serious nature–The grant of bail is a privilege which can be enjoyed by the accused only till the date he complies with the conditions imposed upon him–Bail deserves to be cancelled.
