Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 397/401–Scope of jurisdiction–Though the detailed appreciation of material is not open, however, the revisional Court holds jurisdiction to consider correctness, legality or propriety of findings/observations recorded by the Court below and if that is not in conformity with the material brought on record, that can be interfered with in exercise of jurisdiction u/s. 397/401.
