Industrial Disputes Act, 1947–Sec. 25(G)–Termination was held illegal and the respondent workman was directed to be reinstated with 50% back wages–Appellant made the vague aspersion that the forest department is not covered by the definition of Industry–Workman refused to take the cheque of compensation on the premise that the person junior to him was reinstated in service–He worked for a continuous period for more than 240 days–His subsequent employment in Jawahar Rojgar Yojana was effected by the petitioner State because he refused to accept the retrenchment compensation–Impugned order passed by Single Bench does not suffer from any infirmity or illegality.
