Possession–Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 110–In a suit for possession, the burden to prove the ownership lies on the person challenging the ownership of the person in possession–Appellants hospital is functioning on the suit land since the year 1958–Trial Court and High Court wrongly shifted the proof of ownership on the appellant whereas it lays on the respondent-plaintiff by virtue of Sec. 110.
