Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 304-B/34 & 306–Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 113-B–Conviction–Death was caused by burning in otherwise than normal circumstances–Prosecution proved the fact of cruelty soon before the death–However, the willful conduct of appellants that they had driven the deceased to commit suicide or not is doubtful–Conviction u/s. 306 cannot be sustained.
