Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988–Sec. 19–Prosecution sanction–Validity of–If the authority grants the prosecution sanction on the ground of examination of statements of witnesses as also material on record, it can safely be concluded that the sanctioning authority duly recorded his satisfaction–Therefore the order of sanction would be held valid.
