Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302–Murder of wife by administering poison–Circumstantial evidence-
(i) injuries on the front part of the body, which shows signs of struggle.
(ii) Delay in taking hospital.
(iii) Bottle of poison was lying open.
(iv) Domestic articles and luggage were scattered in the room.
(v) Tell-tale signs of violence were found in the room.
(vi) Victim raised her hand in last gesture toward accused, when she was asked for telling as to what was happened.
(vii) No explanation u/s. 106 in regard to circumstances, whereas the respondent, accused was in the company of deceased.
