Practice & Procedure–While passing the judgment of the instant case, the Trial Court used the methodology of cut, copy, and paste, which shows that the judgment is in fact written by the concerned stenographer/clerk–It is the duty of the judge to consider the factual aspect of the case and, after applying the proper law, write a judgment.
