Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 392/34–Post-conviction compromise between the parties–Appellant and victim belong to the same region–They are living peacefully–Complainant has no grievance against the appellant if he is acquitted on the strength of compromise–Judgment of conviction and order of sentence are liable to be quashed and set aside.
