Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 120-B–Essential ingredients of criminal conspiracy–
(i) an object to be accomplished,
(ii) the plan of scheme embodied to be accomplished,
(iii) an agreement or understanding between two or more persons thereby to commit an offence, and
(iv) in the jurisdiction where the statute required the overt-act.
