Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 427–Prayer for direction to run the sentences concurrently–Conviction in three cases–Offence u/ss. 457 & 380–If the petitioner is made to suffer all three sentences consecutively, the same would not be consistent with the administration of the criminal justice–Held, petitioner is entitled for the benefit of discretion provided u/s. 427.
