Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Secs. 84/9–Dismissal of appeal by BOR for lack of presence–Application for restoration of appeal was also dismissed–Prayer of the petitioner that the counsel was busy in another Co-ordinate Bench and he was unable to argue the matter–Absence of counsel appears to be bonafide–Reasonable opportunity of hearing should be given to the concerned party–Application for restoration of appeal deserves to be allowed.
