Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 86(1)–Review–Legal aspects–Review can be done at own instance or at the instance of the parties but in case, the order is reversed, notice to the parties interested to appear has to be given–Impugned order of revisional authority quashed and directed to pass a fresh order in accordance with the law.
