Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Secs. 38(4), 33(a) & 46(1)–Sus-penstion of petitioner-Pradhan–Specific findings have been recorded that the charges of non-compliance of the provisions of Sec. 33(a) & 46(1) had been found against the petitioner in the preliminary inquiry–Only two out of five Committees were constituted by the petitioner and only six meetings were called in the complete tenure of three years of the petitioner–All the other representatives were restrained from discharging their duty and the non-functioning of the Panchayat Samiti hampered the welfare of the concerned Village/Panchayat–Held, no case is made out for interference.
