Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 452 & 323/34–Conviction–Appellate Court set aside the order of sentence and the fine was imposed upon each of the petitioners–Though the offence has been diluted from Section 452 to Sec. 451 , still there are concurrent findings in regard to culpability of petitioners–Interference declined.
