Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 65B–Rejection of application with the view that the certificate does not contain the necessary particulars viz. the phone number of the petitioner nor from which mobile phone, the message in question were received–Defective certificate may be cured at the instance of concerned Court, depending on the merits of case–Document sought to be brought on the record by the petitioner would be crucial to his defence–Court below is directed to decide the application afresh.
