Indian Succession Act, 1925–Will–Establishment–Conclusion of trial Court that the Will bears the signatures of testator as well as of two attesting witnesses, out of which one has deposed before the Court and the Will is registered–Held, appellant discharged onus upon her as to validity of the Will and respondent no. 1 failed to establish the suspicious circumstances–Further, there is no specific allegation of undue influence–Trial Court failed to apperciate the findings of Supreme Court in earlier litigation between the parties–Will is held to be valid.
