Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 6, Rule 17–Eviction suit–Amendment by incorporating new ground of personal and bonafide necessity–Relevant date for considering the new ground–Held, the original date of institution of suit would be ignored and the new ground of eviction on the basis of bonafide and reasonable necessity of the land lord would be deemed to be taken from the date on which the amended plaint was filed.
