Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002–Sec. 3 (As amended)–Clarification which has been added by way of explanation for removal of doubts, may be due to some what ambiguous definition in the main provision–It cannot be said that a punitive provision has been inserted in the definition and the same has to be given effect from a prospective date.
