Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 3, Clause (viii)–Rajasthan Premises (Control of Rent & Eviction) Act, 1950–Sec. 2(3)–Exemption to any premises from the applicability of Chapter II & III of the Act of 2001–Fulfillment of the conditions (ii) & (iii) referred in Sec. 2(3) of the Act of 1950 are not envisaged under the provisions of Clause (vii) of Sec. 3 of the Act 2001.
