Criminal Trial–Relative witness–Significance of testimony–In cases involving family members of both sides, it is a member of family or a friend who cames to rescue the injured–If the statements of witness, who are relative or known to the parties affected is credible, reliable, trustworthy and corroborated by other witness, there would be no reason to reject such evidence merely on the ground of being family member or an interested witness.
