Criminal Trial–Eye witness happened to be relative or friend–Whether his version can be discarded on this ground ?–Held, no–If the presence of eye witness is proved to be natural and his statements are nothing but truthful disclosure of actual facts leading to the occurrence, it will not permissible to discard his statements.
