Motor Accident Claims–Income of the Deceased–Establishment–Way of–The oral evidence of the dependents of a deceased regarding his monthly income cannot be discarded merely on the ground that no documentary evidence has been produced in support thereof–Unrebutted testimony of the claimants that the deceased was running his own beauty parlour/salon and was having a monthly income of Rs. 15,000/- –No contrary evidence was brought on the rercord by the respondents–Tribunal assessed the income Rs. 4,030/- on the basis of minimum wages–Income assessed Rs. 6,000/- per month and amount of compensation enhanced up to Rs. 15,35,000/-.
